Working with a local social housing provider we have received consent for this proposal. Twenty four apartments within three buildings form a new cluster perpendicular to the road on the edge of a coastal town in South Brittany. The tight budget dictates a very restricted material palette. Render is used to articulate the facades like the seaside architecture of its much grander mock Tudor neighbours.
